New Patients

Your first visit usually includes meeting Dr. Gloor, during which time you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, discuss any of your concerns and preferences, and give her your medical and dental background. She begins with a very thorough examination of your teeth, determining if and what X-rays you may need. 

She and her assistant will then note your existing oral condition, including your jaw joint, head and neck structures, oral soft tissue, gum condition, teeth, and restorations. You may want to have your teeth cleaned next, followed by a tooth-to-tooth examination. Then, Dr. Gloor will talk to you about any dental treatment that you may need and discuss the benefits and alternatives. 

Then, you will decide what treatment to do and in what order TOGETHER, based on your needs and preferences. She will have a written treatment plan prepared, including costs and payment options. She will then schedule your appointment, which could be in the evening or on Saturday.
